Introduction:

Large-scale harmless treatment equipment refers to the process of crushing the dead animal carcasses and transporting them to a closed container. While stirring continuously, the dead livestock and poultry carcasses are sterilized at high temperature and high pressure by introducing a high-temperature circulating heat source in the interlayer to eliminate the pathogens carried by them and eliminate the harm of animal carcasses. During the treatment process, the heat source does not directly contact the dead animal carcasses. The water in the animal body is heated and vaporized to generate pressure. After the chemical treatment is completed, it is vacuum dried, degreased, cooled, crushed and other processes are carried out to finally obtain meat and bone powder dry products and industrial oils. It is currently the first treatment method recognized internationally.

Process flow:

① Animal carcasses and related animal products can be crushed and pre-treated as needed.

② Animal carcasses and related animal products or crushed products are transported into high-temperature and high-pressure containers.

③ The center temperature of the treated material is ≥140℃, the pressure is ≥0.5MPa (absolute pressure), and the time is ≥4h (the specific treatment time is set according to the type and volume of animal carcasses and related animal products or crushed products to be treated)

④ The hot steam generated by heating and drying is discharged after passing through the exhaust gas treatment system.

⑤ The animal carcass residues generated by heating and drying are transmitted to the pressing system for treatment.
