Working Principle
Our harmless treatment dryer is a highly efficient conduction-type continuous drying equipment. This machine transfers heat to the material through the heat transfer wall. Part of the steam enters the annular space between the outer shell and the inner wall of the cylinder, heats the material through the inner wall, and the condensed water is discharged from the bottom drain port; the other part of the steam enters the main shaft and coil, heats the main shaft and coil, and the condensed water is discharged from the drain rotary joint port. As the shaft rotates, the material is fully stirred and warmed by the combined action of the impeller and coil, so that the material has maximum contact with the rotating shaft and coil. The secondary steam is discharged from the top steam chamber of the shell through the induced draft duct. A weak vacuum is maintained in the duct to prevent the waste steam from leaking out and to avoid absorbing too much cold air. The material-pickup plate installed on the main shaft is located between the heating coils. It can not only push the material to move forward, but also has a self-cleaning effect, which can remove the covering layer on the shaft and the cylinder wall to maintain good heat transfer capacity.
