The process of the high temperature drying machine for harmless treatment adopts the following steps: screw conveyor bin for dead livestock and poultry → closed carcass crushing → closed screw conveyor → high temperature and high pressure chemical treatment, degradation and drying → pressing → screw conveyor → discharging; grease produced during pressing → oil storage tank (with self-heating system);

The treated material is used as raw material for organic fertilizer (protein content above 50%); the obtained grease is used for industrial oil or refining biodiesel.

Features:

The intermediate product produced after treatment is a mixture of oil and residue (meat and bone meal). After the mixture is pressed, oil with low moisture content, low impurity content and high taste can be obtained, and the recovery rate of oil is much higher than other similar processes. The meat and bone meal produced can be used for pet feed, organic fertilizer, etc., with crude protein content ≥60% and moisture content ≤10%.

2. After the mixture of oil and residue (meat and bone meal) is screw pressed to separate the oil, the remaining residue (meat and bone meal) has a low moisture content and can meet the requirements of storage and transportation without further treatment.

3. Since most of the moisture in the material is evaporated during the chemical drying process, a large amount of odorous steam will not be generated during storage, and the subsequent material transportation is carried out in a closed environment, and no odorous gas will overflow.

4. The high temperature and high pressure sterilization and dehydration process meets the current EU requirements for harmless treatment of diseased animals.

According to EU Decision 97/935/EC "Amendment to measures taken to treat certain diseased animals to prevent the spread of spongiform encephalopathy", the sterilization efficiency of this process can fully meet the strict standards of the EU EC and the US FDA.
