Working principle

The improved livestock carcass crusher has changed the original shape, material and crushing method of the moving knife. The arc-shaped moving knife blade and the 30° star-shaped static knife form a circular scissor-type working mode, making it easier to chop the material. The moving knives are arranged in a spiral shape on the main shaft at 20°, reducing the torque so that the equipment will not get stuck. The moving knife and the static knife are precisely processed with Cr12 to make the blade sharper. The reasonable gap between the moving and static knives is more conducive to shearing the skin and intestine materials of the feeding object. The main shaft adopts a hexagonal structure, which has greater torque than the traditional flat key type, better stability and longer service life.
