During the production process of animal fats, their characteristics determine that the temperature must be raised quickly, the water in the oil must be separated quickly, and the contact time with water or air must be minimized to avoid emulsification of fats or deterioration of proteins. The animal fat smelting equipment we produce can avoid this situation when used. Under negative pressure conditions, it is easier to precipitate fats from the scraps than under normal temperature conditions, avoiding direct contact with air and preventing oxidation. The temperature required for production is lower, the time is shorter, and the oil quality produced is better.

Principle:

Animal fat smelting equipment and slaughterhouse waste harmless treatment equipment (hereinafter referred to as harmless treatment equipment) are to effectively sterilize organic waste through high temperature and high pressure, and use low temperature smelting to melt the fat in the animal carcass, and then use the meat and bone meal oil press to remove the oil from the oil residue, so as to achieve the purpose of complete recycling and efficient utilization of waste.

Process:

The drying method mainly passes high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam into the interlayer of the chemical tank to indirectly heat the product, so that the tank reaches a high temperature (110-130℃) and high pressure state to completely kill the pathogens in the livestock and poultry carcasses. After the pressure is released, the vacuum heating is used to dry the material. The processed materials can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizers or non-human edible animal feed; the obtained oil is used for industrial oil or biodiesel. The material is transported to the tank through a screw conveyor → high-temperature oil smelting tank, oil residue separation, animal oil press for oil pressing, and waste gas treatment. The process equipment is fully mechanized and integrated during the processing process, thus achieving environmental protection, low carbon, and energy-saving effects.

Animal fat smelting and waste gas treatment After the materials enter the fat smelting tank and are fully treated by high-temperature smelting treatment, they enter the oil filtration process. The waste gas first enters the dust reduction buffer tank, and the waste gas after dust reduction treatment enters the condenser for treatment. The small amount of gas that cannot be condensed is then sprayed by the waste purification tower. In this way, the waste gas generated by the entire smelting process is decomposed to meet the emission standards.
