Description

The animal oil refining equipment uses a new vertical negative pressure melting pot, with steam as the heat medium. It employs a fully sealed low-temperature negative pressure extraction method. The operation of the animal oil refining equipment is automated, ensuring continuous production, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. Process flow

Animal fat processing is considered to be a more perfect processing method in hygienic terms. Its process mainly includes the following sections:

1. Unpack and break the section

After unpacking the raw material, it is conveyed to the crusher for crushing, and the crushed particles areφ3-5mm;

2. Preheat the conveying section

In the preheating pot, the material reaches the solid-liquid mixing state. The preheating pot plays a role in the material balance of the whole production line.

3. Negative pressure cooking section

This process uses a horizontal vacuum oil pot, and animal oil raw materials can be separated from oil, water and residue quickly under vacuum state.

4. Vacuum dehydration section

In the vacuum state, water molecules and odor micro-molecules in the raw material volatilize and separate from the raw material oil, and then enter the tube condenser with vacuum flow. Under the circulation of cold water, they are condensed into distilled water and collected in the distillation tank.

5. Oil residue separation section

This process adopts chain oil residue separator, oil residue separation and drying, effectively separating the surface oil residue

The oil residue is transported to the oil press for pressing.

6. Pressing section

The separated oil residue is pre-pressed by a horizontal screw press, and the pre-pressed cake is lifted by a conveyor to a secondary screw press for pressing; the pressed oil cake enters the meat powder workshop;

7. Oil filtration section

The oil residue is pumped into the vertical blade filter through the oil residue pump, and the impurity content in the oil is less than 0.2%. The separated oil residue is compressed by air and filtered by vibration, and then conveyed to the oil press by scraper;
