The chemical drying method is to treat animal carcasses through high-temperature and high-pressure steam, which can achieve the effect of completely killing pathogens. It is generally fixed and factory-based. Its advantages are short processing cycle, large batch processing volume, 80% reduction, safe discharge after treatment, and no pollution to the environment. Research on the development of degradable anti-wear hydraulic oil using waste animal and plant oils.
By comparing the harmless treatment method using the drying method, it has the characteristics of fast processing speed, complete and thorough sterilization, no secondary pollution, high automation, low labor intensity, high purity of finished products, and environmental protection during the treatment process. It has advantages that traditional fermentation treatment processes cannot match, and it is an ideal alternative to fermentation treatment methods and humidification treatment methods.

Process Flow:

① Animal carcasses and related animal products can be crushed and pre-treated as needed.

② Animal carcasses and related animal products or crushed products are transported into high-temperature and high-pressure containers.
③ The center temperature of the treated material is ≥140℃, the pressure is ≥0.5MPa (absolute pressure), and the time is ≥4h (the specific processing time is set according to the type and volume of the animal carcasses and related animal products or crushed products to be processed)
④ The hot steam generated by heating and drying is discharged after passing through the exhaust gas treatment system.
⑤ The animal carcass residues generated by heating and drying are transmitted to the pressing system for processing.

Application Scope:

Large farm harmless treatment equipment is mainly used in the fields, scenarios, and scopes of breeding, slaughtering, and imported products. The specific applications are as follows:
1. Breeding field: Harmless treatment equipment has good sterilization performance and can eliminate 99% of pathogens. It can directly treat animals that died on the same day without stacking.
