This live pig harmless treatment equipment is suitable for use in large and medium-sized slaughterhouses, farms and urban harmless treatment centers. After chemical processing, a large amount of animal bone meal, oil and organic fertilizer are produced, realizing resource utilization. The processing flow is pre-crushing, chemical drying, degreasing, cooling, crushing packaging and waste gas and wastewater treatment. The equipment complies with the requirements of GB16548-2006 "Biological Safety Treatment Regulations for Diseased Animals and Diseased Animal Products". It can completely kill the pathogenic microorganisms of major animal diseases specified in the standards, and can harmlessly treat the lesions of carcasses of animal diseases such as anthrax, foot-and-mouth disease, and swine fever, as well as trimming waste and glands. It plays a major role in eliminating and controlling major animal diseases, comprehensively improving the quality of animal epidemic prevention, and preventing diseased animal products from entering the market. It is the first harmless treatment equipment for trace animals promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture.
