Description

The slaughterhouse harmless treatment machine refers to the process of fragmenting and transporting the carcasses of diseased or dead animals into a sealed container. While continuously stirring, high-temperature cyclic heat sources are introduced through a jacket to subject the carcasses to high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, eliminating the pathogens they carry and removing the hazards posed by animal carcasses. During this process, the heat source does not come into direct contact with the carcass; instead, it uses the moisture within the animal to generate steam and pressure. After the processing is complete, the carcasses undergo vacuum drying, defatting, cooling, and grinding, ultimately yielding dried meat powder and industrial-grade oil. This method is currently recognized internationally as the first approved treatment approach.

Process flow

①The carcass and related animal products can be crushed for pretreatment according to the situation.

②Animal carcasses and related animal products or crushed products are transported into high temperature and high pressure containers.

③The center temperature of the treated material is greater than 140℃, the pressure is greater than 0.5MPa (absolute pressure), and the time is greater than 4h (the specific treatment time is set according to the type and volume of the animal carcass and related animal products or crushed products to be treated)

④The hot steam generated by heating and drying is discharged after being treated by the exhaust gas treatment system.

⑤Animal carcass residues produced by heating and drying are transferred to the pressing system for processing.
