Principle:

Using chicken feathers as raw materials, the wet chicken feathers from the slaughter line are loaded into the high-temperature hydrolysis tank by conveyor. After 30 minutes of hydrolysis at room temperature, the raw material temperature is sealed to reach 130 degrees to kill E. coli and break the keratin molecules. After the working pressure reaches 0.3mpa, it is maintained for 15 minutes, and the steam in the tank is discharged. After continuing to heat for 20 minutes, it enters the drying and drying stage (both processes are completed in one tank), and is cooled and crushed into powder. That is, it becomes a yellow-brown hydrolyzed feather powder with a protein content of >80%, moisture <10%. After 3-4 hours of processing, the chicken feathers become feed.
