The working principle of food inactivation equipment is mainly sterilization through high temperature, high pressure, steam and other methods, which is somewhat different from traditional high temperature sterilization.
1. Turn on the main power supply, turn on the steam generator, and heat the temperature in the steam generator to the range that meets the use. The temperature of the steam generator is 110℃-120℃.
2. Open the steam inlet valve. Turn on the stirring motor. Turn on the air lock motor 1.
3. The material begins to enter the grain modulator. Under the action of stirring, the material slowly passes through the 2-layer modulator, and the steam continuously acts on the surface of the grain, raising the grain temperature to 85℃-95℃, ensuring that the sterilization and inactivation time is about 5 minutes.
4. After the feeding starts, turn on the chain conveyor motor, turn on the air lock motor 2, and turn on the fan motor.
5. After the processed grain enters the countercurrent air cooler through the conveyor, the material limit switch automatically senses the grain height in the air cooler, and automatically turns on the discharge motor to automatically discharge the material.
6. After the operation is completed, stop the material from entering the grain modulator first. After the material is completely discharged, turn off the steam generator, air lock 1, grain modulator, chain conveyor, countercurrent air cooler, air lock 2, and fan in sequence.
7. Check the surrounding environment and remove foreign matter. Turn off the main power.
Sterilization method: Traditional high temperature sterilization is usually carried out by direct heating, while food inactivation equipment is sterilized by high pressure and high temperature steam. This method can better penetrate into the interior of the grain and kill more microorganisms.
Sterilization effect: Traditional high-temperature sterilization may destroy the nutritional components of grain, while food inactivation equipment can maximize the retention of nutritional components of grain by precisely controlling temperature and time.
Scope of application: Traditional high-temperature sterilization is only applicable to some foods, while food inactivation equipment can be widely used in various types of grain.
