Process flow

1. Turn on the main power supply, turn on the steam generator, and heat the temperature inside the steam generator to meet the range of use. The temperature of the steam generator is 110℃-120℃.

2. Open the steam inlet valve. Open the stirring motor. Open the closing fan motor.

3. The material begins to enter the food sterilization tank, and under the action of stirring, the material slowly passes through the two layers of modulators while steam is constantly flowing

It acts on the surface of grain and raises the temperature of grain to 85℃-95℃, ensuring that the sterilization time is about 5 minutes.

4. After the feeding starts, open the motor of the chain conveyor, open the motor of the second closing fan and open the motor of the fan.

5. After the processed grain enters the counter-current air cooler through the conveyor, the material limit switch automatically senses the height of the grain in the air cooler, and automatically starts the discharge motor to discharge the grain automatically.

6. After the operation is completed, stop the material from entering the grain sterilization tank first, and completely discharge the material. Then close the steam generator, air blower one, grain conditioner, chain conveyor, counter-current air cooler, air blower two, and fan in sequence.

7. Check the surrounding environment and remove foreign objects. Turn off the main power supply.
