Pig bone meal processing equipment is a device that processes discarded meat, bones, viscera and other livestock products into powdered protein feed. Meat and bone meal generally contains 50-60% crude protein and more than 4.4% phosphorus; the crude protein content of meat meal is higher than 55% and the phosphorus content is less than 4.4%.

The bone meal and meat bone meal production equipment in industrially developed countries has a large capacity and a wide variety, including peeling, dehairing, crushing, mixing, cooking, defatting, drying, crushing, packaging and other equipment, and is equipped with a variety of air treatment and wastewater purification devices. The production process tends to be fully closed to reduce pollution to the environment. The processing technology of poultry scraps of a Dutch manufacturer is as follows: the raw materials are sent to the storage tank for temporary storage through the cleaning device or directly by the vacuum device, and then loaded into the steaming and drying machine in batches. The dried powder is discharged into the container and then transported to the packaging point by the conveyor for packaging. If the fat content is high, the powder needs to be further defatted.

Detailed explanation of the process:


Crushing process: The raw materials are conveyed by the conveyor to the crusher for crushing. The crushed particles are φ2mm-3mm and the crushed particles are uniform. If they are too large or too small, raw slag or burnt particles will appear, which is not conducive to oil residue separation and affects the performance of the oil press;


Cooking process: This process uses a horizontal vacuum refining pot with a large heating area, uniform stirring and automatic cleaning device, which effectively prevents raw materials or burnt particles. Because the raw materials themselves have a high water content, vacuum dehydration begins after the smelting temperature reaches 85 degrees. The vacuum degree will decrease with the increase of steam volatilization. The vacuum degree in the smelting pot is maintained during the dehydration process. Under vacuum, the animal oil raw materials entering the negative pressure reactor can quickly separate water.


Vacuum dehydration process: A water-jet vacuum jet pump is used to generate a negative pressure state in the smelting pot. The vacuum pipeline is equipped with a condenser. The water molecules and odorous micromolecular volatiles in the raw materials are quickly separated from the raw oil and fat under vacuum state, and flow into the tube condenser with the vacuum flow. Under the cold water circulation, the split water molecules and odor molecules are forcibly condensed into distilled water and collected in the liquid separation tank. The condensed water is reused, and the tail gas is adsorbed by activated carbon and infrared electrolysis is used to produce oxygen for emission.


Tempering and pressing process: The press equipment uses YZ/xz-28 screw oil press, and the oil press screw is adjusted to a working state suitable for animal oil residue pressing, and the residual oil in the machine cake is controlled at about 10%. The pressed crude oil is transported to the filtration section of the refining equipment for filtration, and the pressed cake enters the next section for production.


Air cooling process: The temperature of the pressed cake is high after pressing, and the temperature of the meat powder produced by direct crushing is too high, which is not conducive to packaging and storage. The cold air circulation cooling scraper conveyor is adopted. The pressed cake is cooled by cold air circulation during the conveying process, which greatly saves production time, improves productivity, and makes the finished product reach a suitable storage temperature.


Crushing and powdering process: The pressed cake after the cooling section is conveyed into the hammer mill. The hammer crushes the cake into powder under the high-speed operation of the rotor. The crusher filter can be replaced according to the different requirements of different customers for the mesh number of meat powder. Because the meat powder has a high oil content, air transportation is easy to block the pipeline, so the crushed meat powder is transported to the storage bin by a bucket elevator for buffering and packaging.
