Sludge Drying Equipment

Sludge Drying Equipment is a highly efficient conduction-type continuous drying equipment. This machine transfers heat to the material through the heat transfer wall. Part of the steam enters the annular space between the outer shell and the inner wall of the cylinder, heats the material through the inner wall, and the condensed water is discharged from the bottom drain port; the other part of the steam enters the main shaft and coil, heats the main shaft and coil, and the condensed water is discharged from the drain rotary joint port. As the shaft rotates, the material is fully stirred and warmed by the combined action of the impeller and coil, so that the material has maximum contact with the rotating shaft and coil. The secondary steam is discharged from the top steam chamber of the shell through the induced draft duct, and a weak vacuum is maintained in the duct to prevent the waste steam from leaking out and to avoid absorbing too much cold air. The material stripper installed on the main shaft is located between the heating coils. It can not only push the material to move forward, but also has a self-cleaning effect, which can remove the covering layer on the shaft and the cylinder wall to maintain good heat transfer capacity.

Because the heat required by the Sludge Drying Equipment relies on indirect heating by heat conduction, the drying process does not require or only requires a small amount of gas to take away moisture. It greatly reduces the heat loss carried away by the airflow and improves the heat utilization rate. It is an energy-saving drying equipment.
