As the shaft rotates, the material is fully stirred and warmed by the combined action of the impeller and the coil, so that the material has maximum contact with the rotating shaft and the coil. The secondary steam is discharged from the top steam chamber of the shell through the induced draft duct. A weak vacuum is maintained in the duct to prevent the waste steam from leaking out and to avoid absorbing too much cold air. The material-pickup plate installed on the main shaft is located between the heating coils. It can not only push the material to move forward, but also has a self-cleaning effect, which can remove the covering layer on the shaft and the cylinder wall to maintain good heat transfer capacity.
