Product Components

Feather Water Separator

It removes excess moisture from fresh feathers, reducing the initial moisture content by 40-50%.It makes the next processing steps better. It also shortens drying time.

Feather Squeezer

It presses dewatered feathers to make them smaller. This makes it easier to move them through the system. It also uses less energy for moving.

Feather Feeder & Belt Conveyor

They move feathers from the squeezer to the hydrolysis tank automatically. No need for people to lift them. They keep the flow of material steady.

Hydrolysis Tank

This is the core of the system. It uses high temperature (150-180°C), high pressure (0.4-0.6 Mpa), and powerful force to break down feather keratin. It converts hard, indigestible proteins into a soluble form.

Buffer tank

It temporarily stores the hydrolyzed material to ensure a stable supply to the dryer and prevent production stoppages.

Screw Conveyor

Steam Dryer
