Advanced Hydrolysis & Drying Integration

Regular drying equipment is different. Shandong Chengming’s system puts two important steps together. They work smoothly as one. These steps are high-temperature (166°C) and high-pressure (1.65 Mpa) hydrolysis. They also include efficient drying.This dual-function mechanism not only reduces moisture content in feathers but also facilitates the decomposition of refractory keratin. Keratin, which is indigestible in raw feathers, is broken down into soluble proteins through this process. Authoritative tests have verified that this results in a protein digestibility of over 75%.

The CMH-1 model is equipped with a heat dissipation area of 7.2 m³. This design makes heat move as well as possible when drying. It is better than standard dryers. It cuts drying time by 25%. How to Use

Load Feathers: The automatic feeder and belt conveyor transfer feathers to the hydrolysis tank. The system weighs materials to ensure accurate batch sizing.

Set Parameters: On the control cabinet touchscreen, input temperature (140–166°C), pressure (1.0–1.65 Mpa), and drying time (varies by batch size).

Initiate Processing: The system automatically hydrolyzes feathers (breaking down keratin and sterilizing), then transfers them to the CMH-1 dryer for moisture reduction.

Cool & Crush: Dried feathers move to the rotary cooling screen, then to the crusher for grinding into 80–100 mesh powder.

Package & Store: The quantitative packaging machine fills and seals powder into bags. Exhaust gases are treated via the deodorization system to ensure compliance.
