**Optimized Production Workflow** The efficiency of our feather powder plant lies in its seamless, continuous workflow designed to maximize output and product uniformity. 1. **Loading:** Raw, pre-sorted feathers are conveyed via screw feeder or bucket elevator into the hydrolysis reactor. 2. **Cooking & Sterilization:** The sealed reactor is pressurized with steam.
